The Rose and Crown is a traditional English family friendly pub in the heart of Thurstonland, a short 5 minute drive from Holmfirth town centre. Thurstonland is a quiet countryside village with many beautiful walks to enjoy.
We have 3 lovely en suite Bed & Breakfast rooms available through booking.com. Food is served Monday to Saturday 12-9 & Sundays 12-8, prepared by our excellent chef. You can view a sample of our menus on the menu section of this website. We have free WIFI.
There are always six real ales to choose from as well as a selection of lagers, ciders, wines & soft drinks.
Opening hours
We are open from noon every day, closing at 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday (last orders 10pm) and 11pm Friday & Saturday (last orders 10.30pm)
Food service is noon to 9pm on every day except Sunday
Sunday food service is 9.30 to noon for Breakfast, then noon to 8pm
